Dr. Cooley received his master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Washburn University, and his Doctor of Osteopathy from Kansas City University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine Residency with KCU, and is Board Certified through AOBFP. Dr. Cooley has served as Program Director for the Addiction Related Services at the Menninger Clinic, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for the Wyandot Behavioral Health Center, Medical Director of the Mainstream Kansas City Alcohol and Drug Recovery Program, Medical Director of the Opioid Dependency Treatment Program for the Samuel U Rodgers Health Center, and as the supervising physician for the Integrated Behavioral Medicine and Pain Management Services for the Health Partnership Clinic. He is currently serving as Assistant Professor of Primary Care at KCU and is the Consulting Psychiatrist for the Kansas University Counseling and Education Support Services.
