Dr. Iszard serves as an Associate Professor at Kansas City University.    He has been in academic medicine for over twenty-five years.  He started his career in Louisiana after postdoctoral fellowship at University of Kansas School of Medicine, Department of Pharmacology, Toxicology and Therapeutics in Kansas City, Kansas.  He has published several articles and presented nationally. 

Dr. Iszard discloses that he has no relevant financial relationships with any organization producing, marketing, reselling, or distributing health care goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients relative to the content of this presentation.
