In this presentation, we will review the latest, most up to date research on injuries and treatment approaches to the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee. Updated anatomical, biomechanical and clinical research will be presented. The use of new orthopedic technology, including needle arthroscopy, and its application in knee injuries will be reviewed.
We will review how ACL Injuries occur and discuss the associated treatment challenges. We will review a sports related knee exam and anyone who actively treats knee injuries or is interested in sports related injuries should attend.
